3 Nights of Bo Bice

I just retuned from a three day trip this past weekend to see Bo Bice in concert every night. It was so much fun! And all 3 concerts were compleately different in Mood, Venue and some of the music also was different. I could go on and on...which I have been doing on my blog on Bo's website and on one other of his unofficial fansites that I blog on.... I am not sure if family is as interested in these blogs as other Bo fans are. So, I will just post my new picture that I had taken with him before his concert that was the last one. It was right down the road from my house about 20 miles in Warsaw Indiana. This turned out to be the best concert I have ever attended bar none. I think I will post also my favorite song from that night... It was not on his set list. He decided to jam with Bart becasue the audience was just so apprecitive that night. I had never seen him do this or these songs. This is what we got...it really was an amazing evening.

The weekly Receipe

I almost forgot I promised a weekly Receipe. Aaron has been requesting this, so here it is:
Potato Casserole
6 large Potatoes
1/2 cube Marg. melted
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
1/2 Cup Grated Cheese
Boil and Shred or Grate potatoes. Mix next 5 ingredients. Pour over potatoes mix lightly.
Topping:
3/4 Cup Crushed Corn Flakes and 1 Tablespoon melted Marg. (I put the Corn Flakes in a plastic resealable bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Then I pour the melted marg. in and close the bag and mix it by squishing it with my hands. Much less messy this way.)
Put potato mixture in a 2 Qt. casserole and sprinkle with the topping. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
Ok so that is the receipe for this week. Now for some news. Dad and I are going to work at Ryan's speech meet at the high school tomorrow. We will be doing concessions and then hopefully get to see Ryan in the finals...If he makes them. He has been doing very well in speech so I think our chances are good. We have never gotten to see him in speech and are looking forward to it. Next weekend the 13 through the 15 are 3 back to back Bo Bice concerts for me. Dad and I are going to Ponticac Michigan ( just outside of Detroit) on Fri. then to West Dundee Illinois ( just out side of Chicago) on Sat. We will come home Sun. afternoon and Dad will stay here and I will drive 20 miles to Warsaw to see the final concert that night. I have a meet and Greet at 6 :15 before the concert starts so it should be fun. I am enjoying behaving like a teenager. I think it helps me not get too stressed about being the Primary President. LOL.
